**WHO YOU ARE:**
Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of inventory control experience; familiarity with
entertainment lighting, audio, video, and other special event equipment; excellent written and
verbal communication skills; and ability to work well with clients and Companys employees. You
will need to enjoy working in a dynamic work environment where you are very hands-on in the
warehouse and also spend time at a computer.
**INVENTORY CONTROL SPECIALIST: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
Every day will be different at Wizard Studios but you will be mainly responsible for assigning
barcodes to new inventory, conducting bi-annual inventory, and fixing discrepancies within our
inventory systems. You will also be in charge of quality control on new cases, as well as
processing sub-rentals and adjusting inventory counts in Flex to account for Rentals. **This is a
hands-on position. You must be able to lift 50lbs comfortably.**

**Reporting Responsibility:** Operations, & Production
**General Responsibilities:**
**The Inventory Associate responsibilities involve:**
* Accountable for the accuracy of our inventory in Flex.
* Ensuring that all gear and cases have branding and bar codes
* Accountable for equipment that needs repair being designated as damaged and updated in Flex and placed in a designated area for repair/replacement.
* Accountable for daily Missing/Damage reports including updates in Flex and distribution to management and other responsible parties.
* Makes recommendations for needed purchases based on ROI of current inventory and rentals.
* Conducting an annual inventory and weekly cycle counts of the various departments
* Correcting any inventory discrepancies in Flex.
* Inputting all new gear into Flex
* Remove any decommissioned gear from Flex
* Overseeing the completion of all pull sheets.
* Keep detailed and accurate spreadsheets for items that we are storing for clients.
* Following up with project managers with gear that was not returned from their events.
* Alert management of any shortages of expendable supplies.
