Our client is seeking a full time IT Architect to join their team.


Responsibilities:

1. Technology Strategy & Planning:

  • Lead development of technology roadmap for enhanced efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategic plans across solution domains.
  • Ensure coherence among data, security, and infrastructure architecture.

2. Enterprise Solution Design:

  • Design organization-wide solutions with focus on reusability.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for executive review and implementation.

3. Technology Advocacy & Modernization:

  • Research and integrate emerging technologies into roadmap.
  • Conduct educational sessions to foster technology adoption.
  • Drive system modernization for enhanced capabilities.

4. Platform Rationalization:

  • Contribute to long-term strategic goals for application and platform rationalization.
  • Identify efficiency opportunities through rationalization and consolidation.

5. Technical Collaboration:

  • Engage with executive leadership and technology teams.
  • Collaborate with various departments including delivery, project management, and IT support.

6. Governance & Standards:

  • Establish and maintain architecture documentation, patterns, and procedures.
  • Develop governance and standards in collaboration with relevant leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in required. Technology concentration is highly desirable.
  • 8+ years of IT experience with large projects.
  • 5+ years in architecture or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in software development and global system design.
  • Strong leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in architectural governance and best practices.
  • Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Hybrid role requiring onsite presence.


Supervisory Responsibility:

  • Indirectly oversee project work and provide technical guidance.
