Office Administrator - Financial Services (Wealth Management, Tax)
Permanent / Direct Hire Position
$65 - $80k + 5% bonus and excellent benefits
Onsite (with some work from home) in Phoenix, AZ
Responsibilities
- Heavy meeting driven client facing interactions to include preparing for wealth management meetings such as catering for conference rooms and putting together informational packets
- Heavy detail oriented, with the ability to review / proof read documents
- Support the Tax Department, including managing electronic paper filings of tax returns
- Processing expenses, and invoices
- Calendar management for executives
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
- Coordinate events and socials as well as travel
Qualifications
- Financial / Tax industry experience is highly desired
- Willingness to work onsite with some work from home flexibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel), Salesforce
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Completed Bachelors Degree desired
