Office Administrator - Financial Services (Wealth Management, Tax)

Permanent / Direct Hire Position

$65 - $80k + 5% bonus and excellent benefits

Onsite (with some work from home) in Phoenix, AZ


Responsibilities

  • Heavy meeting driven client facing interactions to include preparing for wealth management meetings such as catering for conference rooms and putting together informational packets
  • Heavy detail oriented, with the ability to review / proof read documents
  • Support the Tax Department, including managing electronic paper filings of tax returns
  • Processing expenses, and invoices
  • Calendar management for executives
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
  • Coordinate events and socials as well as travel


Qualifications


  • Financial / Tax industry experience is highly desired
  • Willingness to work onsite with some work from home flexibility
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel), Salesforce
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Completed Bachelors Degree desired
