We have an immediate opening for an Assistant Manager at our client s Tontitown location. The Assistant Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail establishment. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in management, sales, customer service, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications and fulfill the associated duties:
Management Experience: Previous experience in a managerial role is essential to effectively lead and guide the store team.
Retail Sales Experience: Proficiency in sales techniques within a retail environment, ensuring optimal customer engagement and satisfaction.
Register Operations: Skilled in using cash registers, handling transactions accurately, and providing excellent customer service during checkouts.
Customer Service: Adept at delivering exceptional customer service both in person, over the phone, and through email interactions.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and Word to perform administrative duties effectively.
Computer Proficiency: Perform tasks such as checking out customers using the cash register, answering phones and emails, receiving and transferring products.
Inventory Control: Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and updating the website with product information.
Customer Assistance: Assist customers with their needs, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
