[ads1]Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with ESDIS cybersecurity team in developing and implementing Federal and NASA security postures and procedures for network protection. Maintain and augment plans for local area networks, wide area networks, and inter-cloud computing network connections to support requirements principally for Earth science mission and science data systems. Manage contracts and/or task orders to provide network support services and tracking budget requirements associated network infrastructure. Work within a team to develop, implement, and analyze network availability and performance metrics based upon defined requirements and security threats. Work within a team to assess and implement NASA network policies, initiatives, and standards supporting the ESDIS network infrastructure, particularly associated with the data lifecycle from antenna to archive. Support the development of the Earth data science systems on commercial cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
