As Brand Manager, Product Development you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic product portfolios, overseeing end-to-end go-to-market planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve key brand objectives. If you're a commercially minded problem-solver with a knack for project management this the company for you!

Key Responsibilities:


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Become a category expert, understanding industry dynamics and market trends.
  • Lead the commercialization of product renovations and innovations, from pricing strategies to branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Managers, Marketing, and external agencies to ensure seamless product launches and promotions.
  • Drive digital touchpoints and own packaging finalization, website management, and other owned assets.
  • Manage Capex budget linked to product development and innovation.
  • Foster career development of direct reports through coaching and performance appraisals.
  • Cultivate positive cross-functional relationships and champion teamwork.

Preferred Experience:


  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
  • 4+ years in brand management or new product development, preferably within CPG.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, ideally with experience in syndicated data.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
