Senior RPA Developer
Location: Chantilly, VA
Security Clearance Required: Top Secret SCI
ASI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in developing complex automation solutions using industry-leading tools such as UiPath, PowerAutomate, and other similar platforms. This role requires a Top Secret SCI clearance and a willingness to work onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement advanced automation processes using RPA tools such as UiPath, PowerAutomate, and others.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain and improve existing automation systems, ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with other IT systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and team members.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA technologies and methodologies.
- Conduct data analytics to measure automation impacts and identify further improvement areas.
- Leverage NLP and OCR technologies and packages for intelligent automation processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in RPA development.
- Proven experience with RPA tools like UiPath, PowerAutomate, or similar.
- Certification in UiPath and PowerAutomate.
- Solid understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize it as an automated solution.
- Experience in data analytics is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a government or defense environment with active Top Secret SCI clearance.
