Role and Responsibilities
This role requires answering and making a high volume of claim related telephone calls as well as acting as liaison between the claims department and customers. Excellent communication and customer service experience is essential for the responsibilities in this position.
- Process maintenance claims by fielding calls from service facilities and/or customers.
- Request necessary documents or invoices to ensure customers and service providers are paid/reimbursed appropriately for services rendered.
- Provide customer service using knowledge of company products and services, including escalated complaints, claim related questions and explanation of denied claims.
- Respond to e-mails, Speak with suppliers. File reimbursements.
- Speak with Customer Service regarding rental approval, payment status and approving/denying claims.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school diploma
1-year experience
Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong Customer Service Etiquette
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personality.
Preferred Skills
Sales Experience, People Oriented
Automotive Experience- (e.g.- ASE Certified)
Attention to Detail, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving and Ability To Think Under Pressure
Adaptability
