Fiber-Seal of Central Ohio, an industry leader in fabric and fine furnishing protection, is looking for a talented Sales Consultant in the Columbus area to join our team.
Fiber-Seal of Central Ohio has been protecting and caring for fine furnishings, high-end fabrics, and carpeting since 1980. Over the past 40 years, Fiber-Seal has built a reputation as a trusted industry partner to the design community, facility managers, and homeowners in the Central Ohio area. We are still expanding and growing our services.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant who is looking for a position with unlimited potential. Sales experience is required.
Our Sales Consultants visit with designers, homeowners, and commercial facility managers to assist them in customizing a cleaning program that will best fit their needs. Relationships with these lead sources are critical to start building and growing a luxury residential base.
Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
The Sales Consultant position would be responsible for helping develop the overall business by establishing relationships and sales leads with prospective interior design and commercial facility management.
Learning the scope of the business from sales to the internal operating systems of the office, to the technical end of our services provided with the intent of replicating and even enhancing this model.
Generating stable and consistent lead sources with the region s leading interior design professionals.
Cultivating long term relationships and generating lead sources within the commercial real estate market, including, but not limited to, facility and property managers.
Leading sales presentations to lead sources and prospective clients with the intent to build lasting and trusted relationships.
Assisting in marketing and branding efforts.
Developing relationships through participation in industry trade associations and trade shows, etc.
Overseeing the overall growth of the business and helping to develop procedures and systems would be ongoing.
Sales Consultant Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a desire to build relationships within the company with lead sources and clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven and demonstrated ability to organize, plan and execute a sales strategy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of QuickBooks preferred.
Compensation:
Fiber-Seal of Central Ohio offers base salary plus commissions, paid time off, vacation, medical benefits, and matching 401k.
