Site Supervisor- On Point Construction Management is seeking a qualified candidates to serve as a site supervisor for commercial construction projects based out of Kearney Nebraska. Candidates must have commercial construction experience. Experience in ground up single tenant/ retail/ restaurant construction is a plus. This position may require travel for approximately 4 month stretches of time depending on the project. Travelling site supervisors are preferred, but this opening is not limited to such. Most projects will require some day travel to sites throughout central Nebraska. On Point specializes in ground up retail construction projects throughout Nebraska, Colorado, Arizona, Wyoming, and the surrounding regions.
Site Supervisors are responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks of a construction site as well as completing hands on construction tasks as needed. Must be able to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, and stand on feet for hours at a time. Must possess a valid driver's license. Qualified candidates must be great communicators and highly organized. The ideal candidate will be able to provide examples of their successful leadership on difficult construction projects. Must have relevant experience and references. Must also be able to manage your day-to-day tasks and work independently when needed.
Salary range is just for reference and may exceed the range based on skills and experience. Benefits package including IRA, health insurance reimbursement, and wellness allowance is also provided.
