What you bring:
  • Demonstrated 2-3 years of experience in Maintenance Administration/Storeroom Clerk duties.
  • Proficiency in a range of computer applications, notably SAP and Microsoft Suites.
  • Proven ability to adeptly prioritize and organize tasks in response to dynamic and demanding deadlines.
  • Skilled in managing diverse environments with a steadfast commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Effective communication with colleagues across all levels, including maintenance staff and senior management.
  • Agile response to evolving demands, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.
  • Capacity to diagnose situations swiftly and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Outstanding organizational capabilities that streamline operations.
  • In-depth operational experience and comprehensive knowledge of systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
What you will be doing:
  • Work in both conditioned office and non-conditioned warehouse areas
  • Efficiently receive and organize inventory, ensuring proper storage allocation.
  • Identify and procure necessary materials, meticulously recording requirements on work orders.
  • Initiate work orders for approved requests, promptly escalating any queries or unapproved tasks to the Storeroom Supervisor.
  • Proficient in data entry (SAP experience preferred).
  • Demonstrate expertise in workflow management, ensuring smooth operational processes.
  • Maintain a comprehensive backlog of work orders, accurately updating status codes.
  • Collaborate with other sites to form a network to support one another.
  • Apply critical thinking to evaluate alternative solutions and approaches effectively.
  • Generate insightful reports by extracting relevant data.
  • Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Oversee and optimize the Workflow process from identification to auditing.
  • Manage repair paperwork with precision and attention to detail.
  • Capable of performing essential job functions with or without accommodation.
  • Maintained meticulous records and files, delivering meaningful control reports and KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Maintenance team to fulfill administrative requirements efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Occasional use of forklifts to move objects weighing over 50 lbs.
  • Participate in Safety/6S/Housekeeping programs
