**$1000.00 - Hiring Bonus**


+ **1st payment paid out at 90 days.**


+ **2nd payment paid out at 1-year mark.**


Take the lead at the center of where it all happens our retail stores. With your retail knowledge and leadership abilities youll manage the sales performance of a kiosk inside of a National Retailer and ensure AT&T customers experience our best-in-class services and technology. In this role, youll partner with an area manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of the kiosk. From managing the kiosk merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, youll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. And you wont be in this alone. We offer best in class paid training that will set you up for leadership success. And, youll gain valuable experience managing the in-store relationship with the National Retailers leadership team.


Our most successful Wireless Ambassadors have:


+ Excellent communication and leadership skills


+ Comfortable working independently


+ Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry


+ Prior management experience


+ Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills


+ Familiarity with wireless terminology and industry trends


+ The ability to collaborate with others


Additional requirements include:

+ Utilizing professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues.


+ Taking initiative and striving and creating results


Our Wireless Ambassadors earn $50,700 - $76,100 in annual salary plus $18,000+ in commissions yearly when all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
