**Description**

**Key Responsibilities include:**

Responsible for executing production procedures and tasks related to manufacturing of products in the Tissue Mimicking Products department (TMP), including Solid Water and other molded products.

**Duties:**

* Execute production procedures and tasks as defined in Manufacturing Control Plans and/or Production Procedures and/or other production or engineering documentation for manufacturing TMP products.

* Perform mold setup and de-molding procedures and tasks per work instructions.

* Perform finishing/cleaning procedures and tasks per work instructions for all TMP products

* Execute in-process quality control procedures, tests and tasks per work instructions and quality plans.

**Academic and Experience Requirements:**

High school diploma and 0 2 years experience working in a team oriented, schedule driven production environment, or other equivalent education and/or experience.

**Skills and Knowledge Requirements:**

* Job requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

* Ability to read, write and speak English.

* Ability to operate ovens, sanders, jig saw, table saw, circular saw, evacuation chambers, heavy steel molds, and hand tools.

* Ability to work safely with chemicals.

* Ability to solve basic process problems such as air leaks in molds, cosmetic flaws in product, and variability of test results.

* Must be able to perform simple, algebraic calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

* Must be able to perform effectively in a team setting and independently.
