** Inventory Specialist**
Job Title Inventory Specialist Job ID 27629310 Location Tampa, FL 33617 Other Location Description **Innovative Food Services Group is hiring a full-time Inventory Specialist for their warehouse and procurement department in Tampa, FL.**
As an Inventory Specialist, you will maintain the organization's inventory, audit, and manage freight claims while maintaining accurate records of all inventory. This role will also identify opportunities and present solutions to solve business unit problems/challenges. This role is a hybrid role, aiding both the procurement department and the warehouse. Previous warehouse inventory experience required. The Inventory Specialist will work onsite Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm.

**Job Requirements:**
* Utilize warehouse management system to manage product, identify quality control issues, and ensure compliance
* Lead all inventory audits while analyzing the relationship between beginning inventory, purchases, sales, and ending inventory
* Collaborate with the leadership team on inventory management and auditing, to ensure corporate-wide best practices
* Implement excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to think creatively/innovatively
* Demonstrate working knowledge of ERP planning, data analysis, and forecasting methods
* Implement strong project management and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage different projects with different team members
* Display proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and showcase great written and verbal communication
