**Description**

Under moderate supervision, works in a fast-pace professional call center environment providing excellent customer service to all customers on both inbound and outbound calls. Works and completes all applications and processes necessary to tend to customer issues.

Utilizes basic understanding of products and systems to complete tasks independently. May be responsible for general customer service inquiries and other project work, as assigned and as necessary.

Worker characteristics are normally acquired through the successful completion of a high school degree or equivalent (G.E.D.) and at least 1 year of call center and/or customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Prior insurance experienced preferred

This is an office position that is currently working from home due to COVID-19. This could change in the future with the applicant being asked to work out of the office Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
