OVERVIEW OF THE HR COORDINATOR II ROLE:
  • The HR Coordinator will play a critical role in the growth and transformation of the HR Department
  • Provide human resources assistance/support
  • Help with hiring, orientation, job postings, monthly reports and more
  • Compile and maintain electronic and manual personnel records
  • Process employment applications; and assisting in other employment activities
  • Act a liaison/intermediary for hourly and salary associates regarding policy/procedures
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HR COORDINATOR II ROLE:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Associates degree in Human Resources or Business preferred
  • Computer proficiency
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required
  • Good communications both verbal and in writing
  • 1+ year administrative or human resources experience
