OVERVIEW OF THE HR COORDINATOR II ROLE:
The HR Coordinator will play a critical role in the growth and transformation of the HR Department
Provide human resources assistance/support
Help with hiring, orientation, job postings, monthly reports and more
Compile and maintain electronic and manual personnel records
Process employment applications; and assisting in other employment activities
Act a liaison/intermediary for hourly and salary associates regarding policy/procedures
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HR COORDINATOR II ROLE:
Bachelor's Degree or Associates degree in Human Resources or Business preferred
Computer proficiency
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required
Good communications both verbal and in writing
1+ year administrative or human resources experience
