The focus for this role will be to execute transformer Installation, commissioning, testing, repair, maintenance, and refurbishment activities as per customer requirements and standard and OEM guidelines. Proactively identify potential opportunities to improve reliability of equipment and recommend actions through communication with the team and customer thereby contributing to service growth.Your Responsibility:* You must carry out service installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair work and other service-related activities on transformers of various sizes (Distribution to large Power Transformers).* You will diagnose technical problems, determine, and implement corrective actions.* You must execute service activities on time within budget with expected quality with a high focus on safety.* You will do end to end management of Service activities before attending the site and also on site including coordination with customers and other stakeholders.* You must maintain and strengthen working relationship with customers.* You will interact with and support sales team on potential business opportunities.* You will prepare all required safety, financial, operational and technical documents and reports associated with service activities.* You will proactively identify and participate in performance improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service.* You will undertake Product training to develop skill sets, further enhance product knowledge and grow as product specialist.* Live the Hitachi Energy's core values of safety, Quality, and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your Background:* A-Grade Electrician* 5+ years of field experience in transformer service* Customer focused, ability to communicate effectively, work within a team, and follow instructions as well as be able to work with no supervision
