Job Profile Summary


Sitting within the Digital Transformation business unit, our team of experienced Strategic Change Managers are required to deliver change strategies that will accelerate and sustain business outcomes and drive the adoption and utilization of digital tools, platforms, and processes to realize quantifiable value for our clients.


The ideal candidate will come from a consultancy & delivery background and have appropriate operational knowledge across OCM and Digital Adoption. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess digital needs, develop adoption strategies, and support the implementation of digital initiatives.


The ability to effectively deliver transitional organisational change management and proven experience in accelerating adoption through digital adoption tools & platforms, such as Trailhead, Walkme, Pendo etc and a myriad of Learning Management Systems such as Moodle, Blackboard etc.


Have a strong understanding of transformation programmes, be an expert in independent strategic & analytical thinking, developing bespoke and tailored change management and adoption strategies and experience of effective IT training delivery.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Understand the client s unique business change journey and, using a structured and analytical approach, build and implement a multi-faceted Change Management Plan that will drive the positive outcomes around organization, roles, process, collaboration and benefit realization.
  • Application of formal change architectures, models, and frameworks.
  • Demonstrating the business need to utilize agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions (where applicable)
  • Organizational operating model design and delivery
  • Develop and execute digital adoption strategies to drive engagement and utilization of digital tools and platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their digital needs and challenges.
  • Provide training and support to employees on the use of digital tools and technologies.
  • Create educational materials, tutorials, and resources to promote digital literacy and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze digital adoption metrics to measure progress and identify areas for optimization
  • Expertly versed in effectively communicating with and positively influencing business stakeholders and team members
  • Create compelling content that aligns to business priorities, drives behavior's and engages stakeholders.
  • Be business process orientated and be able to design / redesign / validate as and when required.


Preferred Competency and Experience


  • 6+ years of Change Management / Digital Adoption consulting experience
  • Experience working on engagements in a highly matrixed external client facing environment.
  • Agile Change Management Qualification (APMG etc)
  • Experience delivering multiple ERP Implementations (Oracle, Salesforce, SAP)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and enthusiasm to translate technical deliveries into business communications
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Application of business change management theories.
  • Aptitude for critical and analytical thinking as well as the capacity to accept out-of-the box solutions.


Required Skills


  • Change Management or Business Analyst Qualification
  • Effective, clear writing skills.
  • Highly Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
