SeattleNTC is a specialized clinic that focuses on cutting-edge treatments for depression and difficult-to-treat neuropsychiatric disorders. We offer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), esketamine, and other innovative treatments. In addition to our clinical offerings, we have a research department with several clinical trials underway, both drug (psilocybin) and device (TMS), for depression, bipolar disorder, and PTSD.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Clinical Trial Research Coordinator at SeattleNTC's Bellevue location. You would be working with a small team coordinating 2-4 clinical trials, including scheduling, running visits, managing source and participant binders, data entry, and other aspects of executing research protocols with accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year working as a Clinical Research Coordinator in interventional trials
- Experience in protocol implementation, including creating and using source, visit planning and scheduling, running visits, data entry, and responding to queries
- Self-starter and independent thinker; ability to see what needs to be done and do it
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
- Experience in neuropsychiatric disorders and depression treatments is a plus
- Phlebotomy training is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
