1st Shift Mechanical Assembler located in Pewaukee, WisconsinPay Rate $19 to $20What Will You Be Doing?The assembly associate is responsible for the assembly and testing of engines, sub-assemblies and kits using documented procedures and policies." Assembles product according to engineering assembly instructions and drawings to meet Quality requirements" Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner" Perform all assembly-related functions as required with hand and/or power tools" Ability to operate overhead crane" Clean and Paint parts as required using Wash Tank and Paint Booth equipment" Maintain a clean and organized work area" Ability to work independently and recognize opportunities to contribute" Complete inventory and job transactions in Company MRP System" Protects organization s value by keeping information confidential" Actively challenge existing processes to drive simplification and improvementWho are we looking for?" High School Diploma or GED" Previous Assembly/Mechanical/Electrical experience desired!" Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred" Self-directed contributor in a team environment" Eagerness to learn and grow your career" Mechanical aptitude and ability to work closely with operators."
