Job Title: Senior Scheduler/Logistics Coordinator


Location: San Diego, California


Position Overview: Pride Resource Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scheduler/Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as a key advisor and lead in reestablishing logistics coordination protocols and actions for the 10+ vendors that support the shipping of Pride Resource Partners' electric asset and construction materials.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Management and Organization: Efficiently manage and organize data related to materials shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  2. Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate the timely delivery of materials required for Pride Resource Partners' electric asset and construction projects.
  3. Prediction and Forecasting: Utilize historical data and predictive analytics to anticipate upcoming materials shipments and mitigate potential delays.
  4. Protocol Development: Develop and implement logistics coordination protocols to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  5. Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure alignment with Pride Resource Partners' logistical objectives.
  6. Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks on materials shipments to ensure compliance with Pride Resource Partners' standards and specifications.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues and team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to enhance the effectiveness of logistics coordination efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination, scheduling, or related roles, preferably in the utility or construction industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing logistics coordination protocols and procedures.
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics tools and techniques is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in the Utility sector preferred
