- Computer deployment experience (SCCM/Autopilot)
- Microsoft Office troubleshooting

- This role s primary responsibilities will be hardware deployment and in-person IT support.
- Deploying new workstations for internal employees using Windows Autopilot.
- Providing hardware/software support to internal employees.
- This role will work on-site 5 days per week in our Westbrook, Maine offices, alongside other IT colleagues.
