ResponsibilitiesManage the commercial construction loan portfolio by ordering, reviewing inspection and title reports and updating the construction worksheets.Track and monitor financial statements, on tracking software, Cash On-Track.Track and monitor Borrowing Base Certificate loans and A/G Reports.Prepare monthly and quarterly Policy Exception Tracking Report.Answer customer inquiries on existing loans.Research and analyze problems and recommend solutions.Setting up commercial loan files and continued credit file maintenance.Responsible for sending professional print mail and emails to customers and vendors.Responsible for maintaining department files in an accurate and efficient manner.Perform procedures related to advances, pay downs, and disbursement process.Provide excellent customer service and work effectively in a team environment.Prepare and review documentation of commercial loan closings as needed.Order credit reports and flood reports as needed.Track and monitor insurance and UCC-1 s on tracking software, Cash On-Track.Provide administrative support to the Commercial Lending team.Responsible for attending meetings, seminars and training sessions as required.Perform other related duties as assigned.

QualificationsExperience in SBA Servicing SOP and systemsFamiliarity with nCinoStrong interpersonal communication and relationship management skills. Ability to prioritize initiatives and duties.Ability to meet deadlines and follow directions in a timely, accurate and confidential manner.Ability to work independently.Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.Familiarity with commercial loan documents, SBA loan documents, and insurance documents.Associate degreeMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial loan administration.
