* Responsible for following all company standards in regards to paperwork, cash management and loss prevention standards
* Ensure an enthusiastic and professional level of customer service at all times
* Maintain a neat and organized work area by placing hangers. sensors, returned items, and paperwork in appropriate and designed locations
* Assist with in-store merchandise shipping and receiving
* Answer store phones courteously and professionally
* Call for additional assistance if a line develops to ensure proper guest satisfaction
* Assist in on boarding and training of new employees in POS, product knowledge, guest service, and sales
* Assist Store Manager in communicating company values and goals to the employees Assist Managers in the training of new sales associates for assigned department
* Follow all company standards in regards to paperwork, cash management and loss prevention
* Provide an enthusiastic and professional level of customer service at all times
* Assist in maintaining and administering operational expectations by following company policies and guidelines
* Maintain and model high retail, merchandising and cleanliness standards as set forth by the Store and Regional Manager
* Be able to kneel and stand repeatedly as well as be able to be on your feet all day
* Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
* Guest Service oriented
* Consistently positive attitude
* Retail/restaurant/hospitality experience (preferred)
