The Role
- Design and oversee the entire research process to ensure quality and customer satisfaction

Your skills and experience
- Requires 8+ years of experience in market research and customer-facing roles, with a strong foundation in primary research and project management from inception to completion.
- Must have worked at a research tech company, with hands-on experience in developing a research team and processes, preferably in a startup.
- Needs strategic and collaborative skills to connect sales, partnerships, customer success, research, and product teams effectively.
