9-month Contract (W2), Weekly Pay (40 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $69/hr.
Calculated Hire is in search of a Project Manager for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following components:
Job Description:
- Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Project Management.
- Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
- Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Project Management business solutions.
- Strategically engage with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Top Skills
- 8-10 years of experience in driving large programs with components of transformation around:
- Business process reengineering
- Outsourcing
- Technology deployments
- Financial project experience, able to understand banking SLA's, Risk, and RCSA
- Needs to have a breadth of knowledge of banking from an enterprise perspective rather than be specialized in a segment of it.
- Should have basics of PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, MS Project
- Six sigma or PMP certification or other change management certification is a plus
