Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and driving revenue growth in your assigned region. This is a key position that requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. MUST HAVE PLANT-BASED SALES EXPERIENCE.
DUTIES
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Attend trade shows and demonstrations as needed
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competition, and best practices
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales in food service, plant-based experience a big plus
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), NetSuite or similar CRM software
- Ability to analyze market data and make informed business decisions
- Fluency in English, read and write a must
- Culinary Skills to demonstrate products
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
