Their product lines encompass surgical headlights, loupes, micro-cameras, microscopes, AR/VR headsets, and educational tools.

We are currently seeking driven and creative professionals to join the team as Outside Sales Representatives. In this full-time role, you will receive a competitive salary, commission, and the opportunity to sell innovative products directly to various healthcare professionals, including surgeons, dentists, dental school students, hygienists, residents, and faculty.

Responsibilities:

Primarily focus on calling on dental group practices and private surgery centers, while also scheduling and participating in training sessions, clinics, and trade shows.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in dental schools, medical schools, private practice offices, veterinary hospitals, and hospitals, identifying opportunities for our magnification and lighting solutions.
Conduct presentations, provide product information, and generate orders.
Prepare formal written quotes and proposals in accordance with company pricing and terms policies.
Develop strategic plans to increase territory sales, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments.
Identify and cultivate potential sales opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
Maintain regular communication with valued customers and provide necessary training and support.
Manage territory budgets and forecasts, as well as order entry in alignment with assigned quotas.
Utilize our NetSuite CRM system to track sales activity and account management.
Represent the company at national, territory, and regional tradeshows, with a minimum attendance requirement of 15+ in-person events per year.
Deliver reports to management in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Business/technical background is a plus).
3 or more years of successful outside sales experience in a commission-driven role.
Willingness to travel overnight up to 30%.
Proficiency in computer skills for order entry, report navigation, and territory management.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Passion for outside sales and cold-calling.
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a territory of similar size and scope.
Experience in dental, medical, or hygiene sales.
Completion of formalized sales training courses is preferred.
Strong ability to work independently and creatively.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proficient communication skills (both written and verbal).

Compensation:

Base salary: $40,000 - $50,000 (depending on experience)
Unlimited commissions
Experienced representatives can earn $150,000+ per year
