Role Overview:

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping solution roadmaps and deploying innovative marketing and technology solutions. Your primary focus will be on understanding client requirements, designing conceptual solutions, and ensuring seamless implementation across multiple projects. You'll need to excel in both big-picture thinking and detailed execution while collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and comprehend clients' business needs, systems, third-party vendors, and potential data sources.
  • Collaborate in defining project scopes and lead client requirements gathering, ensuring alignment with solution and data perspectives.
  • Thoroughly document technical specifications, business rules, and solution components.
  • Proactively identify and address current and future client needs.
  • Develop detailed requirements, including use cases and data mapping, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and facilitate effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and client development teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of technical requirements.
  • Conduct test case validation and post-implementation data checks to ensure solution integrity.
  • Coordinate data validation and user acceptance testing, both internally and with clients.
  • Investigate data anomalies and business rule discrepancies, performing end-to-end validation of data transformations.
  • Document and communicate enhancements and capabilities to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University; a graduate degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience and/or training.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficiency in relational databases and strong SQL skills on large databases.
  • Ability to analyze data, diagnose problems, and propose effective solutions.
  • Quick grasp of complex CRM systems and experience managing similar database platforms.
  • Comprehensive understanding of CRM marketing database industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of serving as an internal consultant and effectively communicating with senior management.
  • Strong data analysis skills to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to various audiences.
  • Ability to work with vendors and internal teams to deliver on commitments.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and leadership abilities.
  • Passion, energy, and creativity to drive successful CRM database deployments.
  • Working knowledge of Campaign Management and Business Intelligence practices.
  • Familiarity with SQL Database, Data Modeling Concepts, and Marketing Suites.
  • Basic understanding of data principles to support data quality and validation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with Data ETL and migration to CDP is a plus.
