They utilize their self-perform capabilities to help their clients with a one-stop-shop business model. Because of their strong business relationships, the team has grown and they have developed a solid market presence in Industrial, Storage, Multifamily, Retail, and Medical spaces. Due to this growth, they are adding talent to their project management team.


Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee projects that make a meaningful difference in the communities we serve. This role offers the potential for growth and advancement within the company as we continue to expand and excel in the industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that timelines and deadlines are met.
  • Oversee and manage project budgets, including cost tracking and financial reporting.
  • Identify and address potential project risks and challenges proactively.
  • Foster a culture of safety and ensure that all work adheres to the highest safety standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure project success.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the commercial construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects $10M+
  • Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Commitment to safety and quality.
