What You'll Do:
- Drive Sales & Event Excellence: 50% of your role will be proactive salesmanship and strategy, guiding prospective clients through our services, and sealing the deal with custom quotes and follow-ups.
- Event Maestro: The other half will be dedicated to hands-on event management, from meticulous pre-event planning to directing staff on the day, ensuring each event sings with perfection.
- Weekend Warrior: Your calendar will be as dynamic as our events, with a mix of day and swing shifts, primarily on weekends, adjusted to our bustling business needs.
- Culture Champion: Embody and impart the Beets Hospitality Vision and Values, creating an ambiance where excellent service is the norm.
Who You Are:
- A People Person: Stellar communication skills and a natural talent for building relationships are your superpowers.
- Organized & Driven: Juggling multiple events with ease and an eye for improvement, you're ready to lead teams to success.
- Tech-Savvy: Your proficiency in Microsoft, Google, and lead tracking software ensures no detail is missed.
- Educated & Experienced: Armed with a BS in Event Management (or similar) and experience in event planning or hospitality.
