The Food Safety Coordinator is responsible for the sustainability and continued development of the food safety program within the manufacturing facility. Responsibilities:
- Documentation management within FSMS to ensure compliance with FSMA regulations and company standards.
- Daily records review of food safety plan.
- Lead CAPA closures for all identified food safety plan non-conformances.
- Coordinate all regulatory visits and inspections, including governmental (FDA) audits, within internal staff.
- Conduct swabbing activities for sanitation and environmental monitoring purposes.
- Review micro testing results and trend analysis.
- Conduct root cause analysis of customer complaints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree.
- 1+ years food safety/quality experience within a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative, with ability to build strong cross functional relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
