As the Operations Associate, you will work closely with our New Home Consultants and our Production Team to manage the experience of our clients from purchase through move-in and post-closing service. This includes the preparation and management of documents and ensuring timelines are met. This position also involves a critical role with our Warranty Department to process post-closing claims and track service requests in progress. In this role, you ll have a significant impact on the success of every transaction and the Customer's experience of having their new home built.
