SecurAmerica is looking for experienced Security Officers in Miami, Florida.
Position Description: Were looking for high performing Security Officers with 1+ years of experience. The ideal candidate has a great attention to detail, a proven track record of stellar attendance, has a background securing commercial high rise buildings, and possesses a passion for the security field.
Your Day-to-Day:
Foot patrol of interior and exterior areas of assigned locations
Observe and report suspicious activities and persons
Compose detailed narratives and maintain daily activity reports (DARs)
Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures
Respond to emergency situations requiring security assistance
Provide legendary service and have fun doing it
Other duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Team:
1+ years of security experience
Class D Security License Certification
Proven track record of passion for the security industry
Background working in a commercial high rise building
High School Diploma or equivalent
Great attention to detail and report writing skills/handwriting
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Clean driving record and valid Class E Drivers license
Military background a plus we support our veterans

**Certification Requirements (Any)**
Class D Unarmed Security License for Florida
