Our client is a growing manufacturing company, looking to add a CFO to their executive leadership team. This role will be very hands on and report to the President of the company. Responsibilities include building out of budgets and forecasts, financial modeling, cost management, M&A, strategy, oversight of staff, and more.
Responsibilities
- Build out and manage overall budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assess company costs and strategize on cost management while maintaining operational excellence.
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, and working capital.
- Analyze potential acquisition targets and other opportunities to continue to grow the organization.
- Develop and manage initiatives to improve the company's overall bottom line.
- Oversee accounting, purchasing, and IT functions.
- Act as a business partner within the company.
Qualifications
- BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years in a financial leadership position.
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required
