Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Idle Hour Country Club in Lexington, KY. The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the dining area, ensuring service standards are met, managing inventory, scheduling staff, staff training, handling customer complaints and providing excellent customer service.

- POS / JONAS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to lead a team effectively and work collaboratively with other departments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
- Experience working in a private club environment is a plus
