Focus:

  • Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and streamline workflow to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels of business supplies and raw materials, addressing shortages promptly.
  • Ensure product stock is sufficient for all distribution channels and customer demands.
  • Record daily deliveries and shipments, reconciling inventory accurately.
  • Utilize inventory management software to monitor demand and document inventory characteristics.
  • Place orders to replenish stock, optimizing inventory levels to avoid shortages or surplus.
  • Analyze data to anticipate future inventory needs and optimize logistics processes.
  • Evaluate suppliers to secure cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships.
  • Collaborate with warehouse employees and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain a positive team morale, resolve grievances, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Conduct interviews, hire new employees, and identify skill development opportunities through coaching and counseling.
  • Perform annual performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and recognition as appropriate.


Skill Set:

  • Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, economics, finance, operations, engineering, or related field; Master s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Inventory or Warehouse Manager in the manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of inventory management software (such as ERP), enterprise risk management and business continuity planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track inventory accurately and generate reports.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at the corporate level.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills to address internal customer needs effectively.
  • Strategic mindset and adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Change management skills to adapt to dynamic stakeholder requirements.
