What We Offer
- Pay progression up to $19 per hour
- 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 3rd shift, Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

What We're Looking For - High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent basic math and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer experience, including information retrieval and scanning
- Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for entirety of shift, work in extreme hot/cold climates, and bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and balance
What You'll Do as a Production Associate - Perform pre-shift exercise/stretch routines
- Adhere to all safety requirements and policies
- Manufacture parts manually or via machining equipment that follow company standard operating procedures
- Ensure quality standards are achieved and maintained across all duties
- Follow appropriate packaging and labeling guidelines for each product
- Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions, including machine/equipment malfunction, to department supervision
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Work within ISO14001 and TS-16949 standards
- Cooperate with fellow team members and management
- Transport material as required
- Properly use SAP system
- Perform other tasks as assigned
