**Position Description**
Responsible for assisting in leading Delivery Professionals under the guidance of the Transportation Supervisor and is required to fill in to deliver to customers as needed; Guides the Delivery Professional team with routing, vehicle servicing, vehicle cleanliness and inspections; Assists the delivery professionals in events of emergency and/or accident; Assists in training new delivery professionals; Has advanced skills and expertise in a variety of work processes or activities. Will be assisting in covering routes, equipment set up, and equipment assembly as needed. Will be a team lead, coordinating the work of others, but not a supervisor. Works autonomously within established procedures and practices. Anticipates patterns and links; looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications. Generates new and innovative solutions to complex problems.

**Preferred Requirements:**
* Forklift experience, preferred.
**Minimum Requirements:**
* Required to have 4 years of experience within delivery.
* Class E license, required
* Required to have current valid US Driver's License
* Basic Computer skills
* Must successfully complete and be able to maintain requirements of physical set by the DOT
**Physical Requirements:**
* Ability to lift 75 pounds unassisted
* Frequently required to sit for 3 or more hours
* Frequently required to stand for 3 or more hours
