As an Outside Product Advisor at I&I, you'll play a pivotal role in fueling the remarkable growth of our I&I Sling business unit. Your mission? To master market intricacies, foster robust client connections, and synchronize your efforts with the strategic vision set by our Sales Manager.

Your daily contributions will revolve around elevating our revenue and market share, crafting comprehensive account blueprints, staying ahead of the curve in competition and customer dynamics, not just meeting but exceeding sales objectives, and delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Increase revenue and market share in the assigned region while improving sales efficiency.
  • Develop a comprehensive market-back sales strategy aligned with I&I's revenue growth plan and brand strategy.
  • Understand competitive and customer dynamics and provide guidance on positioning both brands for profitable growth.
  • Maintain direct contact with customers in the assigned region.
  • Create and maintain account plans for distributors, OEMs, and VARs, ensuring alignment with sales goals and strategy.


Required skills and qualifications

  • 5 years of sales experience in the industrial market
  • Demonstrated background in selling to industrial direct customers
  • Ability to negotiate within established guidelines
  • Proven track record of developing and surpassing sales plans
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred in Finance, Sales, Marketing, or Entrepreneurship
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel within the defined territory (estimated at 75% of the time)
