**Clean Beauty Advisor, Omni-channel Retail Group - Miami (2274)**
Miami, FL / eCommerce Shared eCommerce / Full-Time The Clean Beauty Advisor (CBA) team is a new team supporting Amyriss omni-channel retail group. It is responsible for providing a differentiated customer experience for all Amyris consumer brands. Amyris is proud to own and operate a family of consumer brands - all built around its No Compromise promise of clean ingredients: Biossance clean beauty skincare, Pipette clean baby skincare, Rose Inc., Terasana and Purecane. The successful candidate will be experienced, reliable, lightening-quick thinker, committed to serving our customers & helping them in their personal care journey, passionate about advocating the benefits of clean beauty, with perfectionist tendencies interested in speed and accuracy.
CBAs represent Amyris to deliver the Amyris value/brand/products to customers and potential customers. **Responsibilities:**
+ Deliver elevated customer engagement experience in Amyris facilities (stores and offices) through in-person communication and remotely on multiple tech platforms (Amyris proprietary platforms and social platforms) through text chat, calls, and live video chats
+ Communicate brand value to customers through
+ Knowledgeable and professional advice on skincare/makeup/haircare and hair styling
+ Demonstration of usage of Amyris clean beauty products to achieve customers personal care goals
+ Provide in person beauty services (operating equipment/app for skin diagnosis, facial/body care, makeup, haircare and style) in store
+ Identify key trends from customer feedback on the store experience & layout, promos, product, packaging, shipping, and process
+ Regularly communicate issues and trends in MS Teams with Store Managers and cross-functional partners
+ Ready to step in as store associates to deliver the retail experience to customers and take on store operational tasks
+ Attend all team meetings, trainings and partner eComm meetings
+ Stay up to date on all new product launches, product promos, and marketing channel activations
**Required Qualifications:**
+ As this is a full-time role for both in-store and online communications with customers, our candidates need to excel in a in-person as well as digitally native environment
+ 7+ years beauty industry experience ideally in clean beauty brands and preferably a certified as an esthetician, cosmetologist or make-up artist
+ Technical experience in MS Teams and cloud platforms such as Instagram Direct, ZenDesk, Shopify, Sightcall, Shifts, Loyalty Lion, Return Magic, Rise: Gift Cards, Reviews, ReCharge, Google Sheets, Google Docs
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Technically savvy to manage multiple tech platforms and juggle high customer volume while maintaining a calm and professional composure with constant on air phone/email/LiveChat / live video presence
+ Experience to offer expertise in skincare (esthetician), haircare (cosmetologist), make-up (make-up artist) depending on the role and brand
+ Social media-savvy, stays up to date on trends for popular make-ups/hair styling and is able to replicate the styles using Amyris product
+ Excellent interpersonal skills to make customers feel welcomed and engaged during the whole process.

+ Fast learner, can understand the scientific basis for each product, and willing to consult customers on a portfolio of different Amyris brands
