Sr Scrum Master/Coach. Role is remote supporting PST. Prefer candidates on PST or CST as they will need to come on site for PI planning. Must have experience managing two + teams, coaching, and PI Planning. Must have strong facilitating experience able to schedule remote WebEx meetings. Strong documentation skills and communication skills. Needs strong Sr Scrum Master / Coaching skills. Life science, pharma regulatory background highly preferred.
Job Description:
Sr. Scrum Master Coach/ SAFe Certified Consultant needed to manager and coach two teams. Must have performed Program Incremental (PI) Planning and also knows how to track budgets.
Skills:
CSM and SAFe Certification
Must have facilitated and completed Program Incremental (PI) Planning, budgeting and reporting.
Experience working with various Product Owners (PO)
Execute, facilitate all the ceremonies, and keep everyone on the train.

Servant leader mindset - to share best practices
Preferable experience working in a Lifesciences, pharma domain.
Experience with working or understanding validation procedures and its timelines in a pharma regulatory organization.
