Our client, a national REIT yet boutique-style RETAIL COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY, is seeking a successful and 'hit the ground running' Retail Commercial Property Manager to join their team in Norwalk, CA. The Portfolio may stretch to Long Beach, CA and encompasses about 600k/SQF retail space.
The Commercial Property Manager supervises property management operations and will provide outstanding customer service and hands on management to tenants.
- Must have 3+ years of Retail Property Management experience.
- Outstanding client service focus.
- Thinks outside the box to create extraordinary outcomes.
- High integrity with a diligent work ethic.
- Budgeting and Variance report experience
- Must be a people person
- Highly organized with good time management skills.
- Good communicator in the written and spoken word.
- Have strong computer skills and be comfortable with technology.
- Should be familiar with NNN leases interpretation.
- Must possess a California Real Estate Salesperson license.
