Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Consultant with experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to join our team for an on-site assignment at our client's location in Nashville, Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution designs for ServiceNow GRC implementations.
• Configure, customize, and develop ServiceNow GRC modules, workflows, and functionalities to align with client requirements.
• Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow GRC solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow GRC applications, functionalities, and best practices.
• Assist in the documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures related to ServiceNow GRC implementations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow, with a focus on GRC modules and functionalities.
• Strong understanding of GRC principles, processes, and best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow GRC modules such as Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development technologies including JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and Jelly.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in GRC is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site at Nashville, Tennessee, and adhere to client's project timelines and deliverables.
