Position: NK Clinical Scientist
Location: Alameda, CA
Contract Duration: 1-year contract with a high likelihood of extension.
Start Date: June 1st
Responsibilities:
Report to the VP of translational Medicine in various clinical research tasks associated with assigned Natural Killer Development trials.
- Execute program activities related to NK trials in the research phase to early phase 1 stage.
- Responsible for program execution and coordinating events related to the clinical trial.
- Collaborate with VP/Director on data analysis, research activities, and cross-group collaborations.
- Design and conduct experiments aimed at generating and evaluating more potent NK lymphocyte subsets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience as a Clinical Scientist in clinical development.
- PhD in Biology or MD in Hematology or Internal Medicine.
- Experience with early-stage development in immuno-oncology.
- Experience in NK cell therapy or familiarity with DF1001 Dragonfly compound/AFM24/AFM13 is a huge plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient knowledge of medical terminology is required.
- Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to plan and track deliverables and timelines are required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
