The Banquet Chef is responsible for reviewing banquet menus and preparing recipes accordingly. Responsible for ordering, preparing, and presentation of all food for banquet functions. The Banquet Chef is responsible for the supervision of all banquet food preparation personnel and associated personnel matters.
