**Job Qualifications**

Required:

Bachelors degree and 5 or more years of experience in the information technology area

OR

Zurich Cybersecurity Technician Apprentice, including Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the information technology area

OR

High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the information technology area

AND

MS Office experience

Knowledge of information technology operations

Preferred:

Experience IT professional with hands-on knowledge in managing and delivering application, infrastructure, and networking projects.

Strong written and oral communication skills to bridge the gap between business and IT

Ability to get at the root cause of business issues or inquiries and promptly work towards delivering a solution to the challenges and owning the process.

Strong customer service, technical change management, quality control skills and knowledge of SDLC

Flexible and able to be hands-on when required for projects related desktop support, networking, AV or infrastructure

Responsible for the effective operational delivery of core IT Services to all business partners within own area of responsibility:

Datacenter

Infrastructure

Network

Workplace

Application

Security

Develop, maintain application and system documentation.

Develop content and deliver application end-user application training and best practices.

Utilizes advanced technology and collaborative skills to provide service design expertise for the introduction of new solutions and services in support of the Business strategy

Effective collaboration with all peers and partners (internal & external)

Acts as an escalation point for IT services within own domain

Proactively monitor systems availability/performance and takes adequate actions for problem prevention in own area of responsibility

Maintain methods, tools and standards to ensure service availability and performance

Provide technological input to long-term technology strategies, implementation and operation

Supports business projects in planning stages to ensure consistent design and implementation within the existing (planned) infrastructure

Demonstrates the positive impact of the service improvement programs through effective use KPI's
