Reports to: Director of Training

Location- (Hybrid) based at the Restaurant Support Center in Plantation, FL

FLSA Classification- Salaried Exempt


The Training Manager will have outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. This role is expected to be organized, be a multi-tasker, and track company training schedules. The Training Coordinator must also understand restaurant operational procedures and standards. They will participate in cross-functional meetings that review upcoming changes to the field. This role is also required to create content, roll it out to the field, and follow-up to ensure materials are being used and processes are correct. The TC will also monitor the company s online training platforms and current training programs.


Essential Functions:

High attention to detail.

Create training documents.

Compile and design communication.

Assist in company-wide training through workshops or meetings.

Measure success of training materials.


Knowledge/Skills:

Must have experience working with E- Learning Management Systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiar with content design programs.

Ability to use discretion with confidential information and make sound independent decisions.


Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in a Liberal Arts discipline preferred.

Minimum of 2 years related experience in restaurant level training, certified trainer, new restaurant openings and manager-in-training program.

Able to travel as needed for new restaurant openings and training purposes.

Ability to have a flexible schedule based on business or restaurant need.
