Job Title: Loan Protection Programs Specialist (Lending)
Job Location: On-Site in Pensacola, FL or Vienna, VA
Job Type: Contract - Must be able to work as a W2 employee of Newbold.
Compensation: $19/hour will be based on the candidate s skills and experience
No other forms of compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, are offered for this position

General Job Description: Our client seeks a well-organized Loan Protection Programs Specialist
The ideal candidate will have experience with administrative responsibilities, the ability to work alongside a team and independently when needed, and excellent communication skills.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to perform detailed reviews of loan documentation to identify missing or incorrect information
- Experience using Excel to keep thorough records and maintain a comprehensive log of contact history and actions taken
- Proven ability with database, word processing, and spreadsheet software skills
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service through all forms of communication
