Looking for candidates with experience and/or knowledge of working on larger (10 40 ton) HVAC units and air handlers.
These are the types of assets we maintain at the facility, and it is critical that they possess journeyman level knowledge and skillset to conduct proper preventative/corrective maintenance of them.

Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, routine task-related activities.
Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration.
Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems, referring more complex problems to higher-level technicians.
Uses experience and technical skills with preventative maintenance and system, operations to determine service requirements.
Advise manager of preventative maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken.
Works in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned.
